How Do I place an order through the website?
Shopping ATC products is fast easy and secure. Browse through the products and click on the product that interests you. Simply add the item and quantity to your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out register or verify your customer information. Select your payment method and submit your order. Print your cart page or receipt for your records.
 
What payment methods do you accept?
We take Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
 
When can I expect my order?
You should receive your order in 7-10 business days for in-stock items
 
What if my product is backordered?
We make great effort to ensure all products on our website are in stock however due to circumstances beyond our control our stock of a certain item may be out. Should this arise we will contact you and revise your estimated delivery date. If the date does not meet your standards we will do our best to offer you a comparable product as an alternative to the one you originally ordered, or remove it and ship the available items.
 
How can I get my order faster?
You can choose a faster method of shipping in the check-out process. Rush charges will be applied to your final cost. 
 
Is there a minimum I need to order?
At this time there is no minimum order.
 
Will I be charged a sales tax?
All domestic state and local taxes will be added to your final cost if applicable.

Can I make changes to my order once I place it?
Since your order is processed as soon as it is placed we are unable to make any changes or corrections. What is your return policy?
You may return an item for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, to the following address:

For an exchange, please include the following information with your package:
- The item you are returning
- Your first and last name
- Shipping address
- Original order number
- Item you would like as replacement (must be equal or lesser value; the difference will be credited back to you)
- Email address/Phone number to be contacted regarding your order
- Check payable to Sureship Inc. in the amount of $8.00 for shipping of the exchanged item

- Original order number
- Phone number to be contacted regarding your refund
 
 If you feel you received the wrong product or it is defective contact us toll free at (301)-577-7550 Ext. 2822 within 30 days of receiving your order. If it is determined there is a material or manufacturer defect we will issue a return of the goods you received and repay the freight cost. We cannot accept returns based on normal wear and tear. All claims for shortages, loss or non-delivery must be made within 10 days from the date of shipment from our warehouse. Claims for damages in transit must be made with the carrier when you received your product.
