How Do I place an order through the website?
Shopping Copart products is fast easy and secure. Browse through the products and click on the product that interests you. Simply add the item and quantity to your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out register or verify your customer information. Select your payment method and submit your order. Print your cart page or receipt for your records.
 
What payment methods do you accept?
We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as PayPal.
 
When can I expect my order?
You should receive your order in 7-10 business days. All shipments are processed with UPS ground. 
 
What if my product is backordered?
We make great effort to ensure all products on our website are in stock however due to circumstances beyond our control our stock of a certain item may be out. Should this arise we will contact you and revise your estimated delivery date. If the date does not meet your standards we will do our best to offer you a comparable product as an alternative to the one you originally ordered.
 
How can I get my order faster?
You can choose a faster method of shipping in the check out process. Rush charges will be applied to your final cost. 
 
Is there a minimum I need to order?

Can I make changes to my order once I place it?

What is your return policy?
Since all products are personalized we are unable to accept returns. If you feel you received the wrong product or it is defective contact us toll free at 1(888)-464-8337 Ext. 2812 within 30 days of the invoice date. If it is determined there is a material or manufacturer defect we will issue a return of the goods you received and repay the freight cost. We can not accept returns sent C.O.D. nor can we accept return based on normal wear and tear. All claims for shortages, loss or non-delivery must be made within 10 days from date of invoice. Claims for damages in transit must be made with the carrier when you received your product.
